Restaurants

Thank you for putting this list and the reviews together. I’ve got various food issues due to IBS, so finding restaurants that will give me at least a few options is always difficult (most just offer the standard vegetable lasagne option *yawn*)… these are really going to help!

These restaurants are great for a veggie like me! I hate going in to restaurants and looking at a menu consisting of 1 or 2 options for myself… I often go to The Star Inn 1744 as its local to me they have a great range of food and cater to all needs its amazing! I hope you can get down there and try it for yourself! http://www.thestarinn1744.co.uk/restaurant-leicestershire/

    Hi there,

I just wanted to say thank you so so much for your blog. I have secondary breast cancer and have been dairy free for a while now but after reading the china study and how not to die (you should read them and feel smug!) veganism was absolutely the only way to go. Cooking is a joy but eating out not so much (I love falafel but there’s only so much you can have it) that is until someone at work sent me the link to your blog. What a find!! I have just booked the landsdowne for tomorrow night and am off to the white peacock on Friday. While the kids are away we are making the most of freedom.

Keep up the good work it’s much appreciated!

Hi Rachael – thanks for your comment! I’m glad to hear you have found the blog useful. I have also read the China Study and it was remarkably eye opening (I also really like Forks Over Knives). I hope you enjoy your meals at Lansdowne and the White Peacock!!
